The Standard Double Room was spotlessly clean and had a comfy bed with nice linen. It felt like it might have been recently upgraded. Coffee-making facilities were great, and the bathroom was immaculate. Just a couple of small painting fixes needed, but it didn't ruin the comfort at all. Really nice vibe!

The staff greeted us warmly and made the check-in process smooth. Our room offered a high level of cleanliness and quality furnishings.
There were some areas in need of fresh paint.

I really enjoyed my time at The Black Swan. The room was beautifully clean and nicely decorated. The comfy bed ensured I slept well. Opening the windows was a huge plus for fresh air. It felt cozy and welcoming, just like a village hotel should. I appreciated the kettle and biscuits in the room. The pub downstairs had a good selection of food. I had a lovely meal and the breakfast was delicious too. the bar closing early was disappointing. I thought it would be open until 11 PM, but they called last orders at 10 PM. It felt a bit misleading, especially since I wanted to unwind with a drink after a day out. it didn’t spoil the trip, but better communication on bar hours would have been appreciated.

Cozy stay with friendly vibes
We stayed for 2 nights and it was super chill. Rooms were comfy, and the staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast had a ton of options, and everything tasted great! Only thing was the bin-men early in the morn—bit of a wake-up call! a solid place to kick back with the family.

Just an excellent fit for a weekend adventure in Norwich with best value for money ratio. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Keep in mind the parking can be tricky with deeper stones, so take extra care when pulling in.

Spotted some cracking curries on the menu that had me doing the happy dance! Plus the bar was all cosy vibes with friendly staff and a cracking breakfast to kickstart the day.
Had a cheeky wait for our meal—over 25 mins on Thursday night! But they served up a complimentary drink to make up for it, so all's well that ends well.

Our room was super cozy with a comfy bed and nice decor. It had all the essentials like a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and free toiletries. The breakfast was a highlight with loads of options. The staff were extra polite and helpful. The spa facilities added a nice touch to our stay.

We had an awesome group getaway! We visited Carrow Road and Royal Norwich Golf Club, both were easily accessible. The place was cozy, the staff were friendly, and the food was spot-on. loved the breakfast menu. Just a heads up, the parking surface is gravel, which might be tricky for heavy bikes.
Had a slightly annoying experience when we returned late from the city center. The bar was supposed to be open until 11 PM, but we were told last orders at 10 PM and had to take our drinks to our rooms. Not what we expected.

The family room offered ample space, featuring a king-size bed that ensured a restful night for both parents and child. Cleanliness stood out, with the facilities appearing nearly new, particularly the bathroom. The restaurant delivered excellent quality food, including delightful Italian pasta, and the location was wonderfully quiet, making it a peaceful escape just a short drive from the city.

We had a fantastic family meal there! The place was buzzing with energy, and the staff were just incredible, attending to our every need with smiles. The menu was impressive, catering to everyone, even the picky eaters among us. We all left happy and well-fed, a rare thing for a large group!
Yeah, it wasn’t exactly pocket change to eat there, but that’s to be expected for quality like this.
